Return & Refund

We allow customers to return or exchange products without any condition within 3 days when receiving products. For more details as follow:

1. Products arrive with wrong, quality problem or damage caused by the shipping process

3. Packages are returned to us with incorrect or incomplete address.

If packages are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provide, you should undertake all surcharge (brought and return shipping fee).
